ReplyDeleteIs the equilateral triangle a flat 2D triangle or pyramid 3D triangle? In any case, if they choose one plane of the equilateral triangle, travel either in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction at the same speed then they will NEVER collide! Simple as that.

ReplyDeleteIf they start at same time..and with same speed.. they are gonna collide for sure in the centroid of the triangle.!

ReplyDeleteIf those conditions aren't applied.. I don't know the answer.

there are 2 favourable outcomes:either all ants go in clockwise direction or go in anticlockwise direction ...so probability is 0.25
