    4. Well, this is a simple grid cipher. Whenever you count the letters in such anagrams, you'll almost always get a perfect square value. Make an NxN grid, where N is the square root of the number of letters. Fill the letters from Left to Right, and solve the grid from top to bottom. Wam Bam thank you ma'am!

    1. 'Great Job You Got It'

This type of code is known as a Caesar Box (Julius Caesar was the first to write codes this way.) To decipher the message, simply divide the code into four groups of four (you can also divide them into groups such as 5 groups of 5 or 6 groups of 6 depending on the number of letters in the phrase), and rearrange them vertically like this...
      G T Y O
      R J O T
      E O U I
      A B G T

Then you read vertically column by column.

  21. It's 16 letters, so the first thing you should try is the √. That's 4.
    Put 4 on each line.
    G T Y O
    R J O T
    E O U I
    A B G T
    Still doesn't make sense?
    Read it vertically.

  23. G T Y O
    R J O T
    E O U I
    A B G T

Read it downwards and you will get "GREAT JOB YOU GOT IT"

  24. -read the first letter
    -skip 3 letters and read the letter : G T Y O --> R <--
-never read the same letter twice, unless its position is different.

The result should be GREAT JOB YOU GOT IT.

To help you could write the letters in a paper sheet and repeat the process, scratching the letters you've read and noting them below. It would be easier to find the words.
