If you had a pizza with crust thickness 'a' and radius 'z', what's the volume of the pizza?

  1. pi zz a dats pi d constant multiply by radius ie. z squared and then a the height pizza is d volume of pizza

  2. Your volume will be the area of the pizza times the height.

    Since Area = pi*r^2 and r = z, the area = pizz

    Multiplying this times the height (a) gives you a product we all know and love:

    Volume = pizza!
