ReplyDeleteit can be this way.....

ReplyDelete3 7 10 11 12 17 ??

+4 +3 +1 +1 +5 ?

4-3=1

1-x=5

so x=-4

so the next number is 13

one also has e but it is not mentioned.....

ReplyDeleteThe numbers given are in increasing order. So please keep that in mind.

ReplyDeleteadd alternative numbers and subtract with one will give the 2nd value of the series..

ReplyDelete3,7,10,11,12,17

3+10-1=12

7+11-1=17

so the next number will be 10+12-1=21

Yes I think 21 is correct because I am given with some options ie.19 , 23 ,21,27

ReplyDeleteAnd the best match may b 21.
