All are "in" the train, not "on" the train

ReplyDeleteThere are various explanations

ReplyDeletea) Everyone on the train was married. Therefore none were "single"

b) The train stopped in the tunnel and everyone got off.

c) None of the passengers were "persons".

nice

Deleteit could be that it was a sort of train you find in mines and the passengers were workers who work in the tunnel (mine).
